Start by peeling the guavas.
Dicing them into small pieces
Preparing Chilli Guava Jam
Cook the Guavas: Place the diced guavas in a large saucepan. Add water to the saucepan and simmer over low heat until the guavas turn soft and pulpy. This can take around 15-20 minutes.
Strain the Guavas: After cooking, strain the guava pieces to remove any remaining seeds.
Add Sugar: Once the guavas are soft, add the refined sugar to the pan. Stir well to combine with the guavas.
Introduce Chilies: Add the finely chopped hot red chilies and . Adjust the quantity of chilies based on your preferred spice level.

Cool and Store: Remove the jam from the heat and let it cool slightly. Pour it into sterilized glass jars while it's still warm. Seal the jars tightly.
