  • 4 medium Onions Finely Chopped
  • 2 no Bay Leaves
  • 1 Inch Ginger Crushed
  • 1 Pod Garlic Crushed
  • 2 no Green Chilies Chopped
  • 1/8 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Table Salt
  • 500 gm Chicken Liver
  • 1 tbsp Chicken Masala
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander

  • Start by heating 2 tablespoons of mustard oil in a pan over medium heat.
