- 2 no Bay Leaves
- 1 Inch Ginger Crushed
- 1 Pod Garlic Crushed
- 2 no Green Chilies Chopped
- 1/8 tsp Cinnamon powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Table Salt
- 500 gm Chicken Liver
- 1 tbsp Chicken Masala
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander

- Add the finely chopped onions and bay leaves to the hot oil. Sauté until the onions turn translucent.
