- 2 tbsp Mustard Oil
- 4 medium Onions Finely Chopped
- 2 no Bay Leaves
- 1 Inch Ginger Crushed
- 1 Pod Garlic Crushed
- 2 no Green Chilies Chopped
- 1/8 tsp Cinnamon powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Table Salt
- 500 gm Chicken Liver
- 1 tbsp Chicken Masala
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander
Instructions
- Start by heating 2 tablespoons of mustard oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the finely chopped onions and bay leaves to the hot oil. Sauté until the onions turn translucent.
- Toss in the crushed ginger, minced garlic, and chopped green chilies. Sauté until everything is fragrant and the onions are golden brown.
- Add the cinnamon powder to the mix and sauté until golden brown.
- Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt. Stir well to combine everything.
- Add the chicken liver to the pan. Cook it thoroughly until it’s fully cooked through.
